Virtual Run Club
Run clubs may be suspended and we may be running solo but we can still lace ’em up and be together. Virtual Run Club is an opportunity to regain the sense of community in running that we love and miss.
VRC Includes:
- 8 running workouts (2 each week) to be run on your own, safely within the parameters of recommended social distancing.
- 2 strength workouts (biweekly) live via Zoom and recorded for on-demand viewing following each session.
- Playlists to accompany each workout.
- Open communication with coach and teammates to ask questions and share experiences.
